Warranty Information

Thank you for supporting ChonkerKeys! By purchasing our Product, you enjoy a Limited Warranty for it. This Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from ANWC Limited (the “Physical Goods”).

In summary:

  • We cover defects in material or workmanship during the Warranty Period.

  • We will repair or replace at no charge, if there is any defect as determined.

  • Contact us first if you think you need warranty service. You must obtain an RMA before sending anything back.

  • Keep your original packaging material, purchase and shipping receipts, in case you need to send your Product back.

Warranty Information - The Details

What does this Limited Warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, ANWC Limited will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of issues in material or issues with workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

ANWC Limited will either repair or replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last (Warranty Period)?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from ANWC Limited is 1 year from the date of purchase, or the date you otherwise received the product if you could provide proof of receipt with date.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining Warranty Period of the original Physical Good or 90 days from the day of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this Limited Warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problems arising from conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

This Limited Warranty does not cover problems resulting from improper use of the Product.

What do you have to do in case of warranty issues?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us by email at [email protected] . We will work with you to understand the problem and determine the most appropriate solution for you.

You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from us first before returning a product for repairs or replacement. Returned product must be in its original packaging, if applicable.
